GInGer carrot Zinger.

In a blender, add 2 small peeled carrots, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 inch of ginger peeled, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 C water, 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, and blend with some ice. Enjoy cool as an easy cleanse to your digestive system.

Hazelnut Truffles.

Add 1 C rolled oats to a food processor and blend until flour forms (do not over blend to create a butter). Add remaining ingredients (1 C hazelnut meal, ½ C almond or hazelnut butter, ¼ C maple syrup, ¼ C honey, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ¼ C raw cacao powder, pinch of sea salt) to processor and blend until just combined. Remove mixture and place in bowl to handle (should be sticky but firm - if too watery, add more dry ingredients, and vice versa). Roll into one inch balls and dust with desired amount of raw cacao powder or coconut flakes.
